A copy of the Family Log for Jordanian students.
A copy of the student’s passport attested by the embassy for non-Jordanian students
A copy of the annual Residence Permit for the non-Jordanian student, or the father’s Work Permit for Egyptian students or the Syrian Community Card for Syrian students.
A copy of the Vaccination Certificate
Two (2) passport size personal photos.
A letter of approval from the Follow-up and Inspection Department for holders of Palestinian nationality who do not hold the card of ‘Child of a Jordanian Mother’.
Transfer Certificate
The last School Report Card (Certificate) (for new students registered in the tenth grade, Eighth and Ninth Grades School Report Card must be submitted)
