General Director of Sands National Academy Schools
Dr. Ramzi Khalil, the General Director of Sands National Academy, has extensive experience in the field of education and educational administration that spans over 30 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Yarmouk University, a Master’s degree in Giftedness and Creativity from Al-Balqa University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a diploma in Social Studies.
Dr. Ramzi has held several leadership positions in private and international schools, including Academic Leader, Deputy General Director, and School Director. He has also worked as a school manager and educational supervisor, which has enabled him to develop high-level administrative and educational skills. He has obtained numerous certificates and training courses in the fields of educational supervision, educational administration, quality assurance, and human rights.

A highly qualified former teacher and principal at Sands National Academy Schools and many other schools in Jordan since 2005. Holder of a Higher Diploma in School Administration from the University of Jordan, Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sharia (Islamic Law) in 2001, Attended many training courses and educational workshops in educational administration and leadership.
Mrs. Itaf AlKasaji
Director of Sands National Academy Girls' School
A highly qualified former English teacher, Principal and Assistant Director General at Sands National Academy Schools and UNRWA Schools, she obtained a Higher Diploma in School Management from UNESCO in 2003 and a BA in Islamic Studies in 2000. She has attended many training courses and workshops in leading learning and awareness from UNRWA and the British Council.
Mrs. Huda Abu Jiab
Director of Sands National Academy Kindergarten
Huda Abu Jiab holds a B.Sc. in Biology and has completed various professional certifications, including an Advanced Instructional Leadership Professional Diploma, TOT, and a Learning Difficulties Diploma. She has extensive experience in education, having served as Head of Kindergarten and Academic Coordinator for multiple grade levels. Additionally, she has worked as a PYP Coordinator/Teacher and as a SENCO (Special Education Needs Coordinator). Huda has also held roles as a Science Coordinator/Teacher and Learning Support Assistant.
